This time when I visited my home town I liked the people there. There are some thing productive happening. Never I felt this sort of development activities happening in our village. My village always used to be in gloom. Eventhough she is beautiful but always lacked the enthusiasm. People used to spent lot of time lazily sharing and creating new gossips. New new inter family fights were common. Some related to land, some related to money lending and some related to politics. But nowadays I can see a sea of changes in the mindset, a sort of realization that there is nothing in fighting each other. People now are busy and theres not much time for gossips and the best thing happened was of starting a women's wing of self empowerment society. There is one general wing of this already functional. Their iniital meeting happened in my house 2 days back and next will be on 22nd of this month. The agenda of the meeting was to discuss various ways of togetherness and doing lot of social activities and also starting some sort of money earning work. The various activities dicussed includes monetorily helping the poor family. Adopting the kids to help in their education, starting a pension scheme for poor etc. 

Now the question is what sort of work can be started?. What will be the mode of work and timings?. Where will the money go and how will be the profit shared?. Next 1 week is for women in my village to brainstorm and come up with a valuable suggestions in the next meeting.
