..Its almost eighteen days since I put my papers. I am in my notice period of one month... It always happens to me like that.. like what?... I was sitting idle for almost 6 months in office without having any work. So obviously the thought of quitting and joining somewhere else crept inside and started trying. Atlast managed to find a job. Meanwhile the situations changed here. All of a sudden company bagged almost seven to eight projects. They started weekend recruitment drives.. They needed people badly... And at that time I send my resignation letter and it created a shock to many... One after the other started convincing me. First the HR lady, then the HR manager, Then the resource manager and HR head talked to me personaly. They put forward many enticing offers. Tried to find out where exactly I am going. I started feeling myself very special and all of a sudden from nowehere I became the VIP. If theres need then theres recognition, I realized. Still not sure how many people more will talk to me.. Its really a frustration.. explaining the reasons to each and everyone...

Disgusted with all these I send a mail to HR manager asking to relieve me on 22nd feb, thats today. But still no response from them. Daily routine of coming to office, browsing, chatting, reading newspapers are happening.. Expecting a mail today from HR, I called all my friends for lunch today.. My treat was pending for a while.. My Birth day, My Kids birth day and My certification treat everything was pending...
